Business Pro pricing is based on the MAU tier you choose, starting at $120/month for 25,000 MAUs. If usage exceeds your tier, there is an additional charge of $0.06 per MAU.

Yes. The Free plan is permanent: up to 25,000 MAUs, no credit card required, with magic links, Email OTP, and Google and Facebook login. You can also start a 30-day free trial of Business Pro from the dashboard to evaluate passkeys, Phone OTP, MFA and One Tap Login before you pay.

MojoAuth subscriptions are billed monthly. The charge occurs on the same date each month, based on when you started your subscription.

MojoAuth Hack Pass sponsors university, non-profit, and community hackathons by awarding 5-10 free Business Pro licenses to winning teams. Each license covers up to 25,000 MAUs with no expiration - winners can use it to launch and grow a real product. Hackathon organizers can apply for Hack Pass at least 3 weeks before their event.

After the hackathon concludes, your event organizer will submit the winning team names and contact emails to MojoAuth. We provision licenses within 3 business days and send you an onboarding email with setup instructions. You must activate your license within 30 days of receiving it.

Support varies by plan:

• Free: Standard email support (24-hour response time)
• Business Pro: Premium email support (12-hour response time, 4-hour for critical issues)
• Enterprise: 24/7 support with a 1-hour response for critical issues, 4-hour for high severity, and a dedicated account manager

MojoAuth uses Stripe as our payment gateway, which accepts:

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes are reflected in your next billing cycle. To change your plan, log into your MojoAuth account, go to the Subscription section, click Manage, and select 'Change Plan'.

To upgrade your subscription:

• Log into your MojoAuth account
• Navigate to the Billing or Subscription section
• Choose your new plan
• Confirm the changes

Your new plan benefits will be available immediately, and the new rate will be applied on your next billing date.

When you downgrade your plan:

• You'll continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of your billing cycle
• On your next billing date, your plan will switch to the lower-tier plan
• Features not included in the new plan will be disabled
• If you've exceeded the MAU limit of the new plan, overage fees may apply

To cancel your subscription:

• Log into your MojoAuth account
• Navigate to the Billing or Subscription section
• Click 'Cancel Subscription'
• Follow the prompts to confirm cancellation

Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

MojoAuth does not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. Your account will remain active with full access until the end of the current billing cycle.

To update your payment method:

• Log into your MojoAuth account
• Navigate to the Billing or Subscription section
• Select 'Payment Methods'
• Click 'Add Payment Method' or 'Edit' next to an existing method
• Enter the new payment details and set as default if desired

If a payment fails, MojoAuth will retry the charge over the next few days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your account may be downgraded or suspended. Keep your payment information up to date to prevent service interruption.

Yes. MojoAuth provides detailed invoices for all paid subscriptions. Log into your account, go to the Subscription section, and click Manage to view, download, or email your invoices.
